Selinunte and Its Charming Sunset

 

Leaving Mazara by bus in 30 minutes you will arrive in Selinunte, a unique place, where time is suspended, immersed in another dimension.

Selinunte was an ancient Greek city and today it is the largest archaeological park in Europe. The archaeological park is huge, incorporating Greek temples, ancient town walls, the ruins of residential and commercial buildings, countryside paths and zones not yet excavated.

After the visit to the archeological site (about 2 hours), you will stop in Selinunte beach for about 1 hour for having a drink and admiring the beautiful sunset.
