The complex has seven floors, with several well-known American apparel stores, high-end fashion brands, and specialized Japanese souvenir shops.

Animation Character shops like Hello Kitty Store, Doraemon Future Department, One Piece Character Shop, Unko Kawai Museum etc, On the top floor you can spend a few hours at Round 1, an entertainment facility which has a bowling alley, karaoke and arcade games. The food courts offer a large selection, including fast food, international cuisine and Japanese food.

DiverCity is close to DECKS Tokyo Beach (Tokyo Joypolis, Legoland Discovery Center, Madame Tussauds Tokyo, Takoyaki Museum, Daiso etc ) and AquaCity (Ramen Kokugikan Mai, ToyRus, Baby Rus, Disney Store, Air Big Camera, Flying Copenhagen etc ) nearby for more shopping and entertainment. And close to Odaiba KaihinKoen Park with the Statue of Liberty and a nice Tokyo Rainbow Bridge View.
