You can meet the guide at hotel lobby (near reception) and discuss your desired route, or you can send us your preferable agenda in advance before arrive in Tokyo.
You will be transferred back to your own hotel in the late afternoon. If you don't want to visit Mt Fuji & Hakone area, but use the service within Tokyo downtown area, it is also fine.
