James Bond Island and Canoe Tour by Longtail Boat
The majestic limestone karsts made famous by the 1974 James Bond movie The Man with the Golden Gun, remain one of Thailand and Phuket’s famous landmarks. If you’ve ever wanted to see the stunning cliffs up close, join this full-day tour by longtail boat for an epic adventure!
Our first stop of the day is Wat Suwan Khuha, also known as the Monkey Cave because of the rambunctious primates inhabiting the temple complex. We’ll descend into the cave temple and look at the statues and carvings before we make our way to the pier. From there we’ll board a longtail boat and head to our second stop, Panyee Island.
Also known as the Floating Village, Panyee Island is a village built on stilts by the fishermen in the area. We’ll explore the village, taking in the everyday details of the locals, before having lunch at a local restaurant in the village. After stuffing our bellies with delicious local fare, we’ll board our boat and make our way to Talu Cave.
We’ll have some time to canoe, swim, and explore the cave area before heading to the day’s main attraction, James Bond Island. Our guide will bring us to a stop at the perfect viewpoint to see the breathtaking rock formation. Standing at roughly 20 meters tall, the solitary cliff surrounded by the turquoise waters and nearby cliffs, makes a picturesque moment to remember the day’s adventure by.

Phuket Wellness Tour: Yoga, Muay Thai Class, Phuket City – Full Day
Not the type to spend your Phuket holiday lazing around? How about getting some exercise and culture in with this full day tour? We’ll start bright and early by picking you up from your accommodations before participating in our first activity, a Phuket yoga class. Prepare yourself for the day with a tranquil workout and meditation before we kick it up a notch with a Phuket Muay Thai class.
Learn the basics of this much-loved Thai sport and prepare to burn some calories with all that kicking and punching! (If you’d rather treat yourself to a Phuket massage, you can head to the spa for your own mini pampering experience instead.) After our sweaty workout sesh, we’ll indulge in a delicious local lunch before heading to the first stop of our Phuket City Tour – Karon Viewpoint.
After taking a whole album’s worth of mesmerizing photos of the island’s views, we’ll make our way to Big Buddha Phuket. Standing 45 meters tall, the gleaming alabaster statue is a famous landmark in the city. Get to the base of the statue and you’ll be rewarded with sweeping views of the city as well.
Next up is a visit to Wat Chalong or Chalong Temple. A Phuket temple known as one of the largest and most sacred on the island, it is rumored that a fragment of Buddha’s bone can be found in the hall of the grand pagoda. We’ll marvel at the numerous golden statues and detailed carvings of the temple before heading to our last stop.
Our last stop for the day will be Phuket Old Town. This famous Portuguese-inspired area houses many colorful old-style shops and even more local vendors selling all kinds of wares. Walk through the streets and take in the local sights and sounds, maybe even go shopping for souvenirs and other memorabilia before we head back to your accommodations happy with the day well spent.
