Important Information - There may be restrictions
A marriage license is required for legal ceremonies. The marriage license fee is $77 and is obtained directly from the marriage license bureau located at 201 E Clark Ave., Las Vegas, Nevada. They are open every day of the year (including all holidays and weekends) from 8am until midnight. For faster service at the license bureau, we strongly suggest filling out the Marriage License Pre-Application Form online.
