Please visit Disney’s “Know Before You Go” (what you should know before going) site to familiarize yourself with the new enhanced safety measures that are in place and to get an update on what is currently available at Walt Disney World. Next, check the “Park Availability calendar” (Park Availability Calendar, for guidance purposes) to confirm if your desired dates are available. Book your tickets and collect your Disney Confirmation Number at www.yourparkcode.com. Next, reserve your access to the Parks for the same day it appears on your ticket using the new system “Disney Park Pass System”. It is essential to reserve access for each day that appears on your ticket and to do so as soon as possible, since availability and capacity in the Parks varies over time. A reservation of entrance, hotel or restaurant does not guarantee access to the Parks. To enter each Park, it is mandatory to have this reservation of access to that Park and the valid ticket.

Walt Disney World Resort operates a voucherless ticket system, which requires customers to present an official Disney Ticket Confirmation Number in order to collect pre-booked tickets. Tickets will be available for collection upon arrival at Walt Disney World Resort by presenting the Disney Ticket Confirmation Number along with a valid government-issued photo ID at one of the following ticket sales locations: Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park or the Ticket and Transportation Center at Magic Kingdom Park.

Remember that meal plans and experiences that result in large group gatherings or are “high-touch” experiences such as character meet and greets are temporarily suspended until further notice.

Disney´s Theme Park Base Ticket with Disney Genie+ service is available for 1,2,3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10 Days of access to one of the Parks for each day of the ticket.

Tickets are priced by the date of the visit and need to be used during a specific time period. Admission is not permitted prior to the start date of the ticket or after the end date of the ticket. It is very important to purchase the ticket based on the planned first date of use.

Tickets are valid for number of days selected for use during a time period as shown, from and including the service date.

Disney Genie+ service offers the opportunity to reserve on the day of park visit an arrival window for the Lightning Lane entrance for certain attractions and experiences in the theme park or theme parks that the ticket holder visits with the ticket. Disney Genie+ service allows the ticket holder to hold an arrival window for only one attraction or experience at a time. Some attractions and experiences are not available on Disney Genie+ service, and the number of arrival windows for each eligible attraction or experience are limited. The arrival window offered to the ticket holder by Disney Genie+ service may be next available. Disney Genie+ service may not be used more than once in the same day for any attraction or experience. Ticket holder will need to have the My Disney Experience mobile app on day of park entry to use Disney Genie+ service. The Disney Genie+ service user interface is in the English language only. It is expected that more than 40 attractions and experiences throughout the four Walt Disney World theme parks will have arrival windows reserved with Disney Genie+ service. Disney Genie+ service also includes some in-park audio experiences and some special in-park functionality that can be used on certain photos taken by the guest while in the park.
