Enjoy the Opera House and Andrassy Avenue
Marvel at St Stephen’s Basilica and the Parliament
View to UNESCO World Heritage panorama: Buda Castle District, Matthias Church and the Danube

Because your comfort and safety is of paramount importance, each tour starts with a practice session of around 20 minutes in front of our office. (This isn't part in your tour time). Learning to ride is very easy but nonetheless, only when everyone is comfortable will we set off.
You'll begin on Andrassy Avenue, the famous tree lined boulevard which dates from 1872. You'll pass Neo-Renaissance mansions and townhouses as well as many luxury brand stores. Along the way you’ll see the House of Terror as well as the Kodaly House.
Your second stop is Heroes’ Square. The major column is the Millennium Memorial and below it are statues of the Seven Chieftains of the Magyars. And behind are two colonnades with statues of Hungarian kings and national leaders. Next the City Park. Being the capitals largest green area, it has various attractions including the wonderful Vajdahunyad Castle. Also you’ll see the Szechenyi Baths which are the largest medicinal baths in Europe and a wonderful place to relax after a tour.
Then your group return towards the center until you’re standing in the shadow of the magnificent Hungarian State Opera House. This Neo-Renaissance edifice is considered to possess the third best acoustics in Europe. Now onwards to the St Stephen's Basilica and the Parliament. This Gothic Revival style construction is the largest building in Hungary. Here you’ll enjoy a wonderful panoramic view across the Danube to Buda. You’ll see the Buda Castle, Matthias Church, the Royal Palace, Fisherman's Bastion and Margaret Island.
In conclusion, you’ll return to the office via Liberty Square, where you’ll find the monument to the Soviet liberation of Hungary.

Combo: Szechenyi Spa + Dinner and Cruise with Live Music
No visit to Budapest is complete without a bath in one of its world-famous thermal spring spas. The ancient Romans had already discovered the healing effects of the thermal springs on the area we call Budapest today. The bath culture however only started to develop during the Turkish times.
By booking your tickets in advance, you do not have to wait in a queue; fast & easy entrance provided through Hungária Koncert separate Welcome desk. The Szechenyi Bath is Budapest’s largest thermal spring bath, which was built in 1913 in Neo-Baroque style. Its thermal spring is one of the deepest and warmest in the city. It is situated in the City Park, opposite the City Circus and it can be reached by metro line M1 (the name of the station is Szechenyi fürdõ). It is the largest and most important of all the thermal spas on the Pest side, with its numerous indoor and outdoor pools.
And then Budapest is one of the most beautiful cities of the world, according to a New York Times article and millions of tourists from all around the globe. What makes it so special and different from the rest of the big European cities, is its various architecture and the oppositions in the city itself. The contrast between the two parts of the city divided by the river Danube is extraordinary and unmatched throughout the world. The perfect way to enjoy this must-have experience is with a high class boat cruise under all 6 of the main bridges in the city.
With the river cruise at 19:00 you will have the chance to try out all of the greatest dishes the Hungarian kitchen can offer, while enjoying traditional gypsy and folk music performed by three members of the world famous Hungaria Folk Ensemble and Orchestra. The wide variety of Hungarian and international dishes are prepared by world champion food sculptor Péter Molnárka who ensured that they will meet all your expectations, whether you’re a vegetarian, a gourmet or a real sweet-tooth. What makes this cruise really special is its timing. With this 90 minutes cruise you will have a chance to see the city with all of its illuminated glory. All of our ships are air conditioned and have open air balconies where you can freely admire the exquisite night panorama.
After dinner you can also admire the panorama from the open upper deck of the ship.

Fine Wines and Ruin Bars
Get ready to find out what makes happy hour so happy in Budapest! We’re going to share our favourite city stories with you, paired alongside some of the best Hungarian wines.
We’ll start our evening adventure in the main junction of the city and wander over to the Old Jewish ghetto to discover the coolest local hangouts by night. Beginning with classic spritzers, moving on to easy-going whites, and following those up with dark, full-bodied reds. And of course, Budapest happy hour wouldn’t be complete without a traditional Hungarian drink to top it all off!
After a short stroll through the city’s streets, we’ll head over to the Great Synagogue to learn the rich history of this neighbourhood often known as the Soho of Budapest. In line with its late 19th century elegance and the 21st century lifestyle, our Budapest walking tour continues to a local wine-lovers hangout with a cool cellar ambiance. Over a glass of white, we’ll explore the importance of wine to local Hungarian culture. Our stroll continues into the streets of the 7th district where we’ll stop into a funky little pub, and then onwards to another bar, each of them giving you a completely different happy hour atmosphere. As we move along, you’ll learn about old and new Budapest, and see how quickly the city scenes change with just a few minutes of walking.
Our final stop will be at a place you couldn’t find on your own – and even if you did, you might hesitate before entering. But fear not! We wouldn’t let you miss out on this quirky, hidden happy hour gem! After the tour, you may want to stick around the neighbourhood for another drink and a late night bite. Be sure to ask your local guide what other watering holes make them happy!

Fall in love with the charming city of Budapest on this personal sightseeing tour and enjoy the comfort of this small-group tour which will take you through the heart of the city to see the capital's most famous sights such as Heroes' Square, Parliament, Gellért hill and the Citadel, Andrássy Avenue, Saint Stephen's Basilica and much more.
Start with a walk to stretch your legs in the tranquil and beautiful City Park which is home to Széchenyi Spa and Vajdahunyad Castle. At the edge of the park lies Heroes’ Square, grand and imposing and marking the beginning of the magnificent Andrássy Avenue. Tree-lined and dripping with opulent luxury the avenue is home to the famous and ornate National Opera House.
Driving on through the beautiful downtown area, you will reach the Synagogue of Dohány Street, the largest synagogue in Europe which also marks the border of the Budapest Ghetto. Afterwards, head to Saint Stephen's Basilica and to the Parliament. The Parliament building is iconic and often symbolic of the city.
Crossing over the bridge to the western or Buda side of the city, explore the castle district on foot including Matthias Church and the Fisherman's Bastion. Admire the vistas at Gellért Hill where from atop the hill at the Citadel you can take in the panoramic views of the stunning city unrivalled by any other location.
Danube bend tour
Take an unforgettable tour into Hungary's history along the Blue Danube with excursion into Visegrád, Esztergom and Szentendre. These locations right on the river are picturesque and offer arts and crafts, historic points of interest and great views of the natural surrounds.
In Visegrád walk on the 750 year-old stones of the formal Royal Residence and learn about life in the middle ages while enjoying the fascinating panorama of the Danube valley. Known as the Northern gate of Budapest, the city of Esztergom is the centre of the Catholic Church. Here you can visit the largest cathedral of Hungary and then glance across the river to view Slovakia.
On the return to Budapest is the artist's village of Szentendre. A small baroque city at the gate of the Danube Bend, it is the meeting place of the river Danube and the Pilis mountains, and has a beautiful natural backdrop.
Walking around the baroque settlement, built on medieval ruins make your way through the narrow streets to a vantage point atop the city for great views of the Danube. Simply enjoy the special atmosphere of this village and should you wish, take the opportunity to visit the museums such as the world-famous Margit Kovács Ceramic Museum or the Confectionery Museum with buildings and people made of marzipan.
During the summer (between the 1st of May and the 30th of September) you return to Budapest by boat on the Danube.
